Submit tRNA sequences for future tRNAdb releases
You may submit tRNA entries for consideration in future tRNAdb releases. Submissions are reviewed manually. We are looking forward to your submission!
To ensure that we can verify and curate your sequences, we also need a bit of metadata. Most importantly: for every entry you want
to submit, we need its nucleotide sequence, its dot-bracket structure, which amino acid it is transporting and an anticodon.
Additionally, we need some taxonomic information of the organism these sequences originate - a NCBI taxonomy ID or a scientific species name.
We also need the origin of the sequence - "tRNA_DNA" for genomic tRNAs, "mt-tRNA_DNA" for mitochondrial tRNAs and "tRNA_RNA" for chemically modified/matured tRNA.
Furthermore, please provide a source of the tRNA. This can be an external database (together with an identifier), genome accessions and a position, ... . For a curator it should be at least somewhat clear how to find this sequence and evaluate it.
Columns that need to be provided:
sequence
structure
amino_acid
anticodon
organism or ncbi_id
origin
source
